DirectoryM Opens Doors for DebtXS™

DALLAS – December 21, 2004 – DebtXS has developed an exclusive relationship with DirectoryM to provide its affiliated network of debt settlement companies to their premier directory search service for the next several years.

DebtXS will be featured as the exclusive bankruptcy/debt settlement solution on the DirectoryM directories (www.directorym.com) featured on the following sites by the end of 2004: Forbes, Business Week, Inc., Law.com, Fast Company, Kiplinger, Rogers Media, VNU and American City Business Journals.
