We provide a confidential proven program for consumers that are serious about getting out of debt but still want to fulfill their obligation to repay their creditors. Our company has several departments dedicated to providing customer support for each phase of their settlement process.
Customer Relations Department
Once you have enrolled in our program, this department will be your main point of contact throughout the remainder of the process. Customer Relations is available between the hours of 8:00 AM CST to 6:30 PM CST. They will assist you with any questions or concerns. You can call them regarding creditor/collector issues, settlement questions, documents obtained in the mail, account questions and any other related issues. They are your guide and the experts to get you through this program successfully. Please feel free to utilize their services and remember there is no such thing as a dumb question! They are here for you!
Creditor Relations Department
This department interacts with creditors/collectors on behalf of our customers. They will receive inbound direct calls from your creditors/collectors or they will contact your creditors/collectors upon request from our Customer Relations Department on your behalf. They will send a Limited Power of Attorney signed by you authorizing our Representatives to speak with them so you won’t have to. Our Creditor Relations Department will also obtain settlement offers and assist with handling harassing or inappropriate calls from creditors/collectors. This department strives to maintain a professional and positive relationship with the creditors and collectors while keeping our customers and their best interest a priority.
Settlement Department
When our customers have money saved and are ready to settle on their debts, Customer Relations will inform Settlement to begin negotiating. Our settlement support staff updates our customers when a reasonable settlement offer has been obtained and they will advise our customers on how to complete this phase. Our settlement department has worked hard on behalf of our customers and has developed many positive and lasting relationships with many of the creditors/collectors in the industry. DebtXS™ has developed a name in the industry and customers and creditor/collectors can be sure of results that are fair and reasonable to both parties. As the industry changes, so do we. IT Department
DebtXS™ has made substantial investments in technology to support our services and processes. Our unique systems provide our customers with online account access so they can view and update their information. Additionally, the technology utilized at DebtXS™ has created a virtually “paperless” environment in the DebtXS™ office. Our professional and dedicated IT department maintains an efficient automated structure so more focus and efforts could be placed in providing real-time genuine service and support for the customers of DebtXS™.
