The sections of the Customer Support Site that this tutorial covers are as follows:
- Customer Profile
- Savings Journal

It is important to keep in mind that there are many parts to the Customer Support Site. This tutorial covers some key pieces, but in order to stay on top of what is going on with your situation, you should regularly review all sections of the Customer Support Site (Hardship Letters, Creditor Call Log, Income, Monthly Spending Plan, etc) for completeness and accuracy.
Customer Profile:
For your Personal Settlement Strategy (PSS) to be effective, it is very important that we have your most recent contact information on file. It is up to you to keep us informed so that we are able to represent an accurate picture of your situation to the creditors.
To Update Your Information:
- Click on the desired field
- Enter in new information
- Click Save
To Delete Information:
- Type over incorrect information
- Click Save
If at any time you should enter incorrect information, you can click the "Refresh" button to revert back to the most recent information saved in the system. |

Savings Account Journal:
To maximize your Personal Settlement Strategy (PSS), it is important to keep very accurate records of your savings. This information will assist your support team in the negotiation process and will ensure your success.
To Update Your Journal:
- Click on add new entry
- Enter information
- Click Save
If at any time you should enter incorrect information, you can click the "Refresh" button to revert back to the most recent information saved in the system. |

Settlement Letters
To help you track your progress, we have provided copies of all your settled creditor account letters for you to review and print copies.
To View:
Click on the Settlement Letter name that you would like to view.
To Print:
Just select the print option from the program you are viewing the document in. |
